By accessing or using GameVault ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

GameVault is a personal game collection manager that allows you to track games, write notes, and organize your gaming library. The Service includes a web application and a Telegram bot integration.

You must sign in with a Google account to use GameVault. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Use automated means to access the Service without permission

You retain ownership of all content you submit to GameVault, including notes, tags, and images. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store and display that content back to you as part of the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for purposes beyond providing the Service.

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by GameVault and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written consent.

We collect and store information necessary to provide the Service, including your Google account details, Telegram ID (if connected), and the content you create. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GameVault and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or the Service shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of the governing jurisdiction.
